Intuitive Healing and Meditation Counseling

Medical Intuition and Intuitive Healing

Elizabeth incorporates her intuitive ability to perceive the meridians and energetic systems in the body with her wide scope of medical training to help facilitate healing on a deep level. She can work with the myriad levels of energy, experience, and belief within a person to offer healing work in a holistic and integrated way.
When we go through difficult experiences or traumas in life, oftentimes the body and mind lock down in those experiences and do not release again. Trauma lives repressed in our being- in our mind, thought processes, central nervous system, tissues and blood. Traumas can be dramatic or very subtle, but no matter their strength they often end up having a multi-faceted influence in our lives and creating a constant constriction on our life force and energy. These repressed experiences become one of the main causes of disease in the body.
Elizabeth has the ability to perceive these patterns of holding and blockage in the body and how they are generating disease in the body-mind structure. Through her training in medical intuition and energetic healing work she can help these patterns begin to break up and transform, leaving you with more space and vitality in your life to flourish and fully experience life.
Elizabeth’s ability to perceive the energetic networks in the body, called meridians in Chinese medicine, allows her to use acupuncture and bodywork in a transformative and highly effective way. Therefore she has the unique ability to choose a treatment plan for her clients based on what is actually helpful in that moment, instead of a common textbook medical prescription.

Meditation Counseling

Spiritual practitioners and those wishing to open deeply into themselves have experienced Elizabeth’s work to be very helpful, as it can help harmonize the process of unraveling patterns in the body and mind that are causing limitation or no longer serve.
Elizabeth is trained as a Certified Meditation Instructor and Teacher through the Dharma Ocean Foundation. Elizabeth has deeply practiced somatic, body-based meditation practices from all over the world, which are used to access the hidden potential within each of us for peace and wellbeing and supports individuals in their journey toward wholeness. Cultivating a deeper somatic awareness is a grounded and deeply transformative way to work with the mind and healing. Meditation done in this way can help us to feel a deep sense of connection and openness to ourselves and to the world around us.
Elizabeth has studied the intersection of neuroscience and spirituality for over a decade, and currently teaches classes on stress management, streamlined ancient spiritual practices for modern people, and how to be a kind and compassionate human being in the midst of challenging times.

Of all of the people in my life, I feel most seen and supported by Elizabeth. She listens to, intuits, and understands her clients at a very deep spiritual, physical, as well as psychological level.  Elizabeth has supported me in listening to and following my own intuition and inner knowing, and has helped me become more whole, present and well. Her work is powerful, profoundly helpful, and healing. She has had extensive training in many different healing modalities, as well as meditation and spiritual study, and she brings all of this experience to her patients and teachings in very accessible ways.  She is a very grounded, down to earth and relatable human who practices and implements all of the techniques she uses to support her clients in her roles as a powerful healer, spiritual teacher and mother.  Elizabeth has been my primary support for recovering from multiple chronic physical issues, as well as through divorce and family of origin issues, and has helped me learn how to better ground and nourish myself in all my roles at home and at work. She nourishes my psychological and spiritual growth and continues to support my life in many profound and unexpected ways. I consider Elizabeth to be one of my greatest teachers.
